This team went above and beyond by helping me find the right lift chair for my needs! I met them a year and a half ago when they repaired a lift chair I didn’t purchase through them. When the chair broke, the company I bought the chair from couldn’t help me for 5 days. I found CVI and by 2:00 the same day, they had me in a rental lift chair and the part needed for the other chair ordered. This year, the same chair broke in another place, it was 4 yrs old. Again, I called CVI, they came out with a rental and I decided not to repair the chair but buy a new one. I could not go into the showroom so Brian came out and spent time helping me choose the right chair. I was hit by a car and hospitalized for eight days - it was pretty bad. I live in Portland, Oregon and needed to buy a wheelchair in an unfamiliar city.
