I contacted Bath Innovations of Alabama after trying unsuccessfully to locate other tub refinishers. Katie at Bath Innovations was so professional and helpful as I described our needs. Other bath refinishing companies only had answering machines and never returned my calls. As requested, I sent pictures for their review. Their technician looked at the photos, made recommendations and provided anticipated costs. They arranged for a technician to complete the work in a timely manner; and he came to my home as scheduled. He completed the work and ensured that all dust and particles were removed from my home’s interior. After 6 days I noticed some slight imperfections. Again, Bath Innovations addressed these issues promptly and a technician caned to my home and made the necessary corrections. I am so pleased with the results and plan for them to refinish 2 other bathtub/showers in my home. I highly recommended their work....Read More Read Less
