A lot of reviews mentioned that when you go to Ted’s, they make you feel like family. This was absolutely my experience. I immediately felt welcomed and appreciated. I worked with a gentleman named Gerard. I don’t use the term gentlemen lightly as there are few true gentlemen left. Girard is without a doubt, a true gentleman. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and a stellar conversationalist as well. I originally went in to have an old suit altered, but given the amt. of changes needed for it to fit and match my style, I decided to buy a new suit instead. The entire process -fabric selection, fitting and checkout- was seamless. I never felt pressured or rushed. I welcomed the expert advice and recommendations and learned a lot. The whole process felt like a warm conversation that culminated in a perfectly fitting and incredible looking suit. Ted’s is wonderful! Ted's was recommended to us by two friends who used them for menswear rentals for their weddings and absolutely loved them, so we knew we had to check them out. Once we went to look at options, we knew this was the place we wanted to use for our wedding! All the staff was so kind and helpful, and we loved that they had samples of each of the colors of suits you could rent (and samples of some of the rental ties too) so that you could see the vision come together in person! I cannot recommend this place enough. My fiancé needed a suit for our wedding, and this was the perfect spot to get it. We started out our time with Gerard who was incredibly personable and kind. He helped guide my fiancé to styles and colors that would work best with my dress and the overall wedding color scheme. Then we worked with the man himself, Ted. I don’t know if I’ve ever met someone more knowledgeable about his trade. He’ll have been in business 50 years next week, and there’s a good reason. He can look at you and know your measurements, has excellent recommendations, and is so kind to top it all off. I wish I needed a reason to buy another suit just to go back and talk to Ted again. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. Tailoring was included in the price of my fiancé’s suit, and he helped us find a nice rental package for our groomsmen - suit, shirt, shoes and all for $250. 10/10 experience, if you need a suit, this is the spot to go....Read More Read Less
